Downtown West Palm Beach Real Estate

We met Tim 16 months ago whilst searching for a downtown rental and he impressed me with his polite and straight forward approach. We rented through him and then two months ago asked him to help us find a house to buy. He confidently “held our hand” through the many home visits and gave us the pros  and cons of each area and variations of residential details we looked at. Again he was very professional, friendly and patient with our search. He put no undue pressure on us to buy or bid anything we were looking at throughout. Tim is fantastic. He was literally on crutches when he showed us condos in West Palm Beach, on short notice after a cold call to boot. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and everything that is happening in town. He really listens to his client and works hard to find you the right  property. We found ours in one day and Tim guided us through the whole purchasing process. As out of town buyers he was there for us every step of the way, kept us apprised of everything, and always available to answer a question or follow up on an email or call.
