The Envoy features spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums ranging from 1,800 to over 2,200 sq ft of living space. The building is split in half vertically (2450 & 2480), and features two elevators on each side. The division creates a more private residence with only four units for floor. All units features private terraces that face north over Banyan Cay Resort & Golf. Since the building has a curved shape some units have a more NW view while others are more NE facing. The larger 3-bedroom units also feature a south facing balcony overlooking the pool area and golf course across the street. Each residence is assigned a minimum of one reserved parking space and a storage closet.

Overall, the Envoy is one of the more expensive residences in Lands of the President due to large size units and amenities that other buildings do not offer, such as: resort style pool with hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard and underground parking available.
