Built in 1972, the Lincoln Tower features 114 residential units on 20 floors.  Six individual units occupy each floor of the building and are accessible by two elevators shafts.  Residents on each floor share interior hallways, trash chute and storage lockers.

Residents of the Lincoln Tower will soon enjoy direct views and access to Banyan Cay Resort and Golf.

Four floor plans offer spacious private balconies in every unit and vary in size from 898 sq ft to 1,499 sq ft.  The units were constructed with “convertible” 2nd/3rd bedrooms.  Some owners have constructed a permanent wall to create a true bedroom while others have left the accordion wall or removed it to create more of a den space.

The Lincoln Tower is one of three sister buildings (Jefferson Tower & Washington Tower).  All three towers are built the same, however, they are operated independently of each other.
