Holiday Events Downtown West Palm Beach

Downtown Holiday Events in WPB

With our first “cold front” of the year coming through recently, it reminded us to update everyone on the upcoming holiday events, in and around downtown West Palm Beach.

Little Smiles of FL Toy Drive

As a Board Member since 2008, Little Smiles is near and dear to my heart.  You have seen us promote Bamboozle and other events that benefit Little Smiles, but the annual toy drive is by far our most far reaching program of the year.

From now until December 25, Little Smiles is partnering with area companies, civic groups and caring neighbors just like you to collect toys and donations for children in need.  Santa and his elves will be working overtime to bring thousands of smiles to every corner of our community.

We have set a goal to collect $50,000 in gift cards this year AND Little Smiles of FL will receive toys donated during the Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade!

If you would like to donate or become a donation drop off location, contact Tim Frater at 561-722-5761 or timfrater@gmail.com.

Clematis St. & WPB Waterfront

With the completion of the 300 Block revitalization, we can not wait to see it lit up with the traditional holiday lights that run the length of Clematis St.  It’s not the holiday season in downtown until they plug in those lights!

Sandi Tree - Holiday Events West Palm BeachThe world famous Sandi is now under construction.  Stop by the WPB Waterfront to witness the world’s only 700 pound, 35 foot tall, Sand Tree, being built now through November 21st.  Then beginning November 29th, Sandi will showcase nightly music and light shows!  Check out the City of WPB’s website for all the Sandi Land happenings.

The City of WPB has detailed some of the local restaurant specials and upcoming events at the art centers and museums HERE.

It’s Snowing at CityPlace

CityPlace - Holiday Events West Palm BeachThe tree has already been lit and the snow is falling nightly at 6pm and 7pm, with bonus 8pm snowfalls Thur-Sun.  CityPlace’s website has a full list of their holiday experiences from music and dance to dining and events like the Ugly Holiday Sweater Crawl.

New to CityPlace this year is the Miracle on Rosemary pop-up bar!  They will serving up holiday themed drinks from 11am to 1am every day of the week, beginning Black Friday and running through New Year’s Eve.

Please note there are some street closings at CityPlace.  They are currently improving a number of things and you can stay up to speed HERE.
