The Metropolitan is a bit of a sleeper in the downtown condo scene.  Located at Fern and Sapodilla, it’s nestled back behind The Square and therefore a bit off the beaten path.  Residents don’t mind that, however, and they rave about the quality of life here.  This 8-story/149-unit pet-friendly building allows a maximum of 2 dogs, up to 40 pounds.  Amenities include a nicely appointed fitness club, underground parking, club room, lobby with doorman, a true rooftop pool and sky terrace.  Views from the pool deck of The Square rooftops below are reminiscent of vistas in small Italian villages.  And while the Metropolitan offers quieter surroundings, the building is still proximal to all of The Square and downtown happenings nearby.
